Acceptance of articles is carried out before the 15th of the month preceding the next issue, and after the 15th of the set of materials for the next issue.

Our publication ethics is mainly based on the provisions of the "Code of conduct and best practices for journal editors" (Committee on publication ethics, 2011) and the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) posted on the website publicationethics.org.

Adaptive feed production magazine is independent from sponsors and places advertisements and announcements in the volume not exceeding 5% of the issue content.

The editorial Board decides on the publication of the articles submitted for consideration, based on their scientific significance, novelty, originality and clarity of presentation, according to the profile of the journal, as well as taking into account the current legislation in the field of libel, copyright and plagiarism. The decision to accept or reject materials for publication and the reasons for this should be clearly communicated to the authors and reviewers. If the article is rejected, the author has the right to appeal. However, the editorial Board is not obliged to cancel its decision.

The editor and the editorial staff are obliged to respect the confidentiality of the information provided in the manuscript. However, the editorial Board provides its database, if necessary, for expert evaluation, at the request of the inspection and regulatory authorities, as well as the Higher attestation Commission of the Russian Federation (HAC RF).

All members of the Editorial Board should be familiar with the concept, policy and ethics of the journal. Final decisions are the responsibility of the editor-in-chief.

The reviewing process assists the editor and Editorial Board in making decisions and may also assist the author in improving the paper.

The article selected for publication is considered by the members of the Editorial Board or involved reviewers with sufficient competence and experience in this field, not involved in a possible conflict of interest. Any expert who considers his / her qualification insufficient to consider the research presented in the manuscript, or is sure that it is impossible to promptly review the article, should notify the editor and refuse to review.

Authors ' recommendations on the choice of reviewers are welcome, as well as articles provided with a review of a specialist on the problem under consideration, with an academic degree not lower than a doctor of science. The editorial Board is not obliged to disclose the identity of the reviewers, except when an open system of expert evaluation.

Any manuscripts submitted for evaluation should be treated as confidential documents and should not be discussed with other reviewers without the prior permission of the editor. The expert assessment should be objective; the reviewer's opinion should be clear and reasoned, assessing, first of all, the problems of research and the absence of violations of publication ethics (suspicions of plagiarism, forgery, falsification).

Reviewers should identify cases where the published work uses materials not specified in the bibliography. Any observations, conclusions or arguments taken from other publications should be appropriately formatted as citations with a bibliographic reference.

Experts should not participate in the examination of works in the presence of a conflict of interest due to competitive relations, cooperation or other interactions or relationships with authors, companies or institutions, in any way related to the submitted manuscripts.

Conditions of publication of articles in the scientific electronic journal "Adaptive feed production" are due to the requirements of international scientometric databases Scopus, Agris and others, as well as the criteria of the RF HAC for inclusion in the List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of doctor and candidate of Sciences should be published.

In accordance with international copyright laws, the materials of the website, electronic journal, other electronic information resource or project may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any form (electronic or printed) without the prior written consent of the authors and the editorial Board.

The decision on publication (or rejection) of the article is made after its consideration for compliance with the formal and substantive requirements (criteria), and in case of refusal of publication, the editorial Board informs the author by e-mail with the reasons for refusal (shortcomings). If the shortcomings are eliminated by the author, the article is considered again as a new one. The editorial Board does not return manuscripts.

Accepted for publication articles are reviewed internally by members of the Editorial Board or specially involved reviewers – specialists in the scientific direction of the article. The involvement of reviewers is carried out if necessary, determined by the members of the Editorial Board.

The purpose of the internal review is to assess the quality of the scientific article according to the following criteria:

  • correspondence of the article title to its content;
  • substantiation of the relevance of the problem to be solved and the submitted materials;
  • logical and consistent presentation;
  • scientific novelty and practical significance of the results;
  • availability of reasoned conclusions on the results of the work;
  • correct references to the literature and other sources.

When receiving a negative internal review, the editorial Board reserves the right not to publish the article.

After the article is accepted for publication, the author will be sent proofreading, which should be checked and immediately sent to the editor. Failure to receive proofreading after 10 days from the date of sending does not guarantee the accounting of the author's edits. If there are several authors, proofreading is sent to the first author, unless it is specifically indicated to whom it should be sent.

At the end of the article it is necessary to provide information about the authors: full names and patronymic of the whole team of authors, academic degree and position, place of work (name of organization, city, country), as well as contact phone number and e-mail address of one of the authors (corresponding). This information is necessary for the editorial feedback with the authors and the correct reflection of the indexation of the author's works in the RSCI.

Authorship policy is consistent with standards within the relevant field. Applicable laws and copyright conventions should be followed.

Authors should adhere to the requirements that the submitted work is an original study and has not been published elsewhere in any language.

Papers containing reliable results and objective discussion of their scientific significance should be submitted for consideration. Citation and references to the works and / or statements of other scientists should be formalized accordingly. Publications that have influenced the nature of the work submitted for publication should also be indicated.

Authors should be prepared to provide open access to the source data of their research for editorial review and to provide access to such information to any competent professionals for at least ten years after publication, provided that confidentiality is maintained and legal rights regarding patented developments do not prevent their publication.

For multidisciplinary and collaborative research, the list of co-authors should include all participants who have made significant contributions and are responsible for each aspect of the work. Individual contributions can be specified in a special section or at the end of the article, and ideally, this should be announced in the author's application submitted to the journal. Also, the author should make sure that all co-authors have approved the final version of the article and agreed to submit it for publication.

Copyright applies to all published materials, such as tables, figures or extensive quotations, which can only be reproduced with appropriate permission and confirmation.

Disputes over authorship (that is, disagreements that arose before or after publication) can be resolved by a court decision, on the basis of which there is a correction of authorship in published works.

In case the author finds a significant error or inaccuracy in the published work, it is his duty to promptly inform the editor of the journal and assist in correcting the article, removing it from publication or issue a refutation.

  • correspondence of the article title to its content;
  • substantiation of the relevance of the problem to be solved and the submitted materials;
  • logical and consistent presentation;
  • scientific novelty and practical significance of the results;
  • availability of reasoned conclusions on the results of the work;
  • correct references to the literature and other sources.

One copy of the manuscript signed by all authors, as well as electronic versions of the articles (on disk or other electronic media), sent to the address: 141055, Moscow region, Lobnya, Science complex, building 3, Federal scientific center FEDERAL state budgetary scientific institution "VIC them. W. R. Williams." To accelerate the publication of materials for publication and information about the authors in electronic form can be sent to the address: adaptagro@vniikormov.ru

Acceptance of articles is carried out before the 15th of the month preceding the next issue, and after the 15th of the set of materials for the next issue.
