The results of the assessment of two-cutting diploid breeding populations of meadow clover (5) of the Federal Agricultural Scientific Center of North-East selection in the nursery of the preliminary cultivar test of sowing 2017 with two-year mowing use of grass stands in comparison with the zoned standard varieties Trio and Dymkovsky are presented. According to the evaluation results, early-maturing population of SGPF-161-3 and middle- maturing SGPF-173-3 were identified for further study in the nursery of competitive variety testing.
